Judith Bright
Judith Bright, a prominent brand in Nashville's jewelery scene, faced challenges in managing their Klaviyo email strategy. Previously outsourcing this task, the team struggled with understanding complex segmentation and utilizing the platform effectively. They were experiencing a decline in email performance, including flatlining open rates, click-through rates, and revenue. This highlighted the need for a more hands-on, knowledgeable approach to regain traction and effectively communicate with their audience.

The Objective
Judith Bright sought to refine their messaging to be clearer, more fashion-forward, and true to the brand, appealing to both long-time loyal customers and new audiences. With 80% of sales in-store and 20% online, they aimed to grow online sales while maintaining local engagement. The main objectives were to increase revenue, clarify their offerings, and simplify the marketing strategy for successful internal implementation.
The Judith Bright brand is defined by the self-expressive, soul-filled aura of the creators & customers it serves.

Light became the anchor for expression. A soft color palette is symbolic of the belief in the ability to rise above darkness.

Empowered with words, strategies, and processes that are true-to-Judith & effective, our teams has been effectively scaling and expanding their brand for over a decade.
