Circa Brand Agency is honored to share that Tori Thomas and I have been named among the Nashville Business Journal’s 2025 Women of Influence.

To be recognized in the Entrepreneur category—alongside so many incredible women leading in their fields—is deeply meaningful. But for us, this recognition is less about the spotlight and more about what it represents: the power of building something with purpose, and the privilege of doing it alongside people you trust.

Ten Years of Partnership & Purpose

When Tori and I founded Circa in 2015, we didn’t set out to create just another agency. We wanted to build a space where strategy and creativity could work hand in hand—and where people could show up fully as themselves.

Ten years later, that vision has grown into something bigger than we imagined. Circa has evolved into a team of experts and collaborators who share one clear mission: to create what matters. We partner with organizations in vital growth periods—helping them uncover clarity, align their teams, and build brands that reflect who they truly are.

That clarity is what drives me most—the moment a client sees their brand come into focus, or a team leaves a workshop feeling aligned and energized. Those moments remind me that this work, while complex and often unseen, has real impact.

Leadership, Balance, and Building Something That Lasts

When asked about leadership, I often come back to balance. Balancing creativity with structure, strategy with emotion, and growth with intention.

As leaders, Tori and I have always believed that how you build something matters just as much as what you build. We’ve built Circa on collaboration, trust, and purpose—and when those values stay at the center, the work gets stronger, the relationships deeper, and the outcomes more meaningful.

Being recognized as a Woman of Influence feels less like a milestone and more like a reflection of that philosophy—a nod to the years of thoughtful, sometimes messy, always meaningful work it takes to build something that lasts.

Looking Forward with Gratitude

This recognition belongs to more than just the two of us. It belongs to our team, who show up every day with heart and excellence. It belongs to our clients, who trust us to help tell their stories. And it belongs to the creative community that keeps pushing the boundaries of what’s possible here in Nashville and beyond.

I’m proud of what we’ve built—and even more excited for what’s ahead. Because when you build from purpose, every next chapter starts with clarity.
