About

Council Leadership equips people to lead from within—offering a curriculum that blends personal growth with practical tools for real-world leadership. "The Wisdom Within," one of their foundational publications, introduces four archetypes as a framework for transformation and is quickly becoming a cornerstone of their work. With a message this layered and lasting, they needed a brand partner who could translate meaning into design—and build a system that could scale with intention.

Objective

As Council Leadership’s long-term brand partner, Circa helped bring "The Wisdom Within" to life—crafting a visual system that holds space for both symbolism and clarity. From archetype design to layout strategy, we developed an identity that feels timeless, adaptable, and aligned with the depth of the content. Our work continues today through ongoing brand direction and activation as their impact grows.
